Submitting an Order constitutes your intention to purchase Products from us.

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order at our discretion, including where there are pricing errors, stock availability issues, suspected fraud, or payment issues.

PRODUCTS

We make every effort to ensure our Products are displayed as accurately as possible. However, colours, textures, and images may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, and device display.

Some products, including genuine leather and cowhide items, may naturally vary in colour, pattern, or finish. These variations are not considered faults.

You acknowledge that product sizing may vary between styles and manufacturers. Please carefully review any size charts provided before placing an Order.

PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices listed on the Website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices are subject to change without notice prior to completing your Order.

Payment must be made in full at checkout using one of our approved payment methods.

We may use third-party payment providers including Paypal, Shop Pay and other payment providers available at checkout.

We are not responsible for errors, delays, or security breaches caused by third-party payment providers. 

If we discover an error in pricing or product information after an Order has been placed, we reserve the right to cancel the Order and issue a refund.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We aim to dispatch orders promptly; however, delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays or circumstances outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details regarding returns and exchanges.

Eligible returns or exchanges must generally be:

  • Unworn and unused;
  • In original condition;
  • With tags attached; and
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

GIFT CARDS & DISCOUNT CODES

Gift cards and promotional discount codes may be issued by us from time to time.

Gift cards and discount codes: 

  • Must be used in accordance with any conditions provided;
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash;
  • Cannot be applied retrospectively to completed Orders; and
  • May be cancelled or withdrawn at our discretion.

CANCELLATIONS

Once an Order has been placed, it may not be cancelled or changed unless otherwise agreed by us.

We reserve the right to cancel any Order at any time and provide a refund where applicable.
