RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We have a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in original condition with all tags attached. To request a return or exchange, please contact us at admin@stylininthewest.com

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, items returned without contacting us first will not be accepted. 

Shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty.

All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order once your return has been approved. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. 

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is faulty, damaged, or if you have received the incorrect item.

If an item is deemed faulty, we will provide the next steps and cover any applicable shipping costs.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider.
